After the Event is done we gather the results and present you the contact details of the candidates you wish to continue your sollicitation process with.

Codaisseur After-Care
From this point on it is between you and the candidate. However, if we can help, do not hesitate to contact us!
We will open the day with a short presentation about Codaisseur. Highlighting what we do and providing more insight into the trajectory all the candidates underwent in becoming a Junior Developer. We will also discuss all the neccassery information to make the day a succes.
All the attending candidates love to hear what your company is about from you. We ask all attending companies to prepare a 1-minute pitch to present themselves.
Whilst you refill your coffeecups we set up all the breakout rooms and assign you to yours. Make sure to be back at 10:10 sharp because then the first speeddates are starting.
The candidates whose name & CV you have received alongside your personal schedule will be assigned to your room. Time to get your mingle on!
Having these short meetings can be quite intense! We take a quick breather where you can also note down any remarks about the candidates you have spoken with.
The final candidates will be assigned to your room one after the other. It is that time to mingle again!
Unfortunatly time to say goodbye already! We will close of the event, making sure everyone knows how to move forward.
This event is completely free of charge and a service to both you and the candidates that have succesfully completed the Codaisseur Full-Stack Academy.
We do not charge a direct hiring fee. This means there are no direct hiring costs. At Codaisseur we strongly believe that Tech Education should be accessible to everyone. Therefore our students pay a small admission fee and will have to pay their education costs once they sign a contract. As company you have the option but not the obligation to takeover these study costs. Historically we see that 85% of the companies choose to pay the study costs.
€298 - €480 per month in a maximum of 29 installments, depending on the plan that the graduate has chosen. You only pay for the months that the graduate is actually employed at your company. This amount is free of any taxes and completely deductible. You happy, accountant happy!
1. As mentioned before we think that Tech education should be accessible to anyone, to make this happen we feel organisations operating within the field should contribute. 2. Paying it is absolutely tax free, thus reducing the total salary tax. In almost all cases this means that your employee will receive a higher netto salary with the same total salary costs. 3. To attract and retain the best candidates. Happy employees contribute to the success of the company.
