At Codaisseur we have done most of the work since we personally select our juniors on (soft) skills and personality. After their graduation, our juniors have solid knowledge in full stack development. This combination of both soft and hard skills makes for a highly sought after developer.
We help our students start an exciting new career as a junior software engineer and we fuel the tech industry by releasing our juniors into the world and helping companies grow by developing their talent (our students!).
