Running a code academy for almost a decade showed us that people can learn many new skills in little time. Because they were doing that with us, we've learnt to set over 1,000 people up for successful careers in tech. Now, we're cranking it up a notch. Because not everyone needs to be a developer. We need cybersecurity professionals as well! And cloud engineers, data scientists, software testers, etc., etc! This is what Techmongers is here for: building a sustainable workforce together.
So many have tried and failed at setting up their own internal academies. And not for lack of skills or trying, but because running a school and developing courses is specialised work! We create curriculums specifically for your organisation, so you don't have to. We have teaching practitioners on staff, because we want your employees to learn from teachers with industry-experience. They inspire our students with their experience, because they are role models. They are our artists on the stage, so to speak.
Behind the scenes, however, we have our educational heroes as well. They continuously create and improve our courses and they adapt them to your organisation's needs. Our curriculums are built on years of experience and research and consist of 20% generic parts where students learn the necessary personal leadership skills, basic technical skills, and working in teams plus 80% unique, hard-skill technologic parts.
